OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE POST
To provide essential daily administrative support to the Intensive Courses and Auditions programme, and assist in the organisation and co-ordination across a variety of programmes and activities within the department.

This role offers a chance to develop a wide range of experience across several exciting and varied programmes. With a can-do approach, you will be confident in turning your hand to support a variety of activities, programmes and events.
The post-holder will be provided with the help and support to undertake the Level 3 Events Assistant Apprenticeship. It is expected that the post-holder will develop their skillset throughout the duration of the role and will be exposed to more areas of event/ project management as they progress.
CONTRACT TERMS
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (typically 9am – 5pm) with evening and weekends compensated by time off in lieu (TOIL). 20% of working hours must be spent off the job training as part of the Apprenticeship programme
Location: White Lodge, Richmond Park with travel to Covent Garden when required
Duration: Two years fixed term, dependent always on the continuation of the Apprenticeship programme
