The Head of Healthcare and Performance Support is a member of the Royal Ballet School’s Leadership team, responsible for overseeing and managing the comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing of our exceptional young dancers aged 11 - 19 across two sites. This role requires a dynamic and compassionate Chartered Physiotherapist who can lead excellent healthcare and performance support services, coordinate a large multidisciplinary team, and ensure the highest standards of health and wellbeing are maintained whilst driving healthcare strategy.
